Grattan catalogue printing error - E900 pink bargain!!!

when the offer first came out you ordered over the phone and had to set up an account, gave them a number then. Whats most annoying is I have a mate who ordered a couple at the same time as me, he got his through a couple of days ago but for some reason mine didn't get sent out!

I have just had my phone call from Grattan, they offered me the £149 deal with free accessories, blue tooth head set bling attachment and phone cover apparently its worth over £50? i said i wasnt too happy with the new price as it was their error in the first place, so she offered me the nokia 6111 pink phone for £99. I didnt know wot to do??? as i have promised my 14 year old daughter the E900 phone. She still couldnt say if i would have it by xmas? so its still a lottery as to whether or not i will have it at all. If it doesnt come by dec 10 thats it. did i do the right deal? or should i have accepted the nokia 6111 for £99. any comments will be appreciated.

Just a quick thought!
If they are offering the phone now for £149.99 and say because I am a new customer and this is my first order, isn't there a discount that should be applied to this?

Right, i ordered two phone with freemans last Friday lunchtime online. Put in my card details. I've just rang and been told the only phone available is the 149.99 one with no discount.

I argued the fact that a lot of people HAD got the phones at the reduced price and that i have confirmation etc - her reply was that they are not allowed to send out any more phones at that price.

as far as I can see, there doesn't seem to be much we can do

if i'm wrong, please, feel free to correct me!

Can anyone find the Terms and Conditions for Grattans or Freemans? I've just been through the Freemans checkout process and I can't find anywhere here you have to accept their T&Cs.

Ok if the new offer is £149.99 to everyone

Then as a new customer like some of us are, the price should be £149.99 less 20% new customer discount = £119.99 which technicaly is even better value!!!!!!!!!

They made have opened the bag for more worms here:T

They surely can't go back on the new customer discount offer as well.

They surely can't go back on the new customer discount offer as well.

Any discounts are not usually applied to Mobile Phones anyway

Got my e900s...but they arrived at FULL price with no 15% discount applied (i was already exsisting Grattan member)

I called customer service to get the discount applied and they said the ZK99 code is for the Winter catalogue...but the item you purchased is from the Summer catalogue...so they can't issue to discount!!

mate of mine ordered 2...discount wasn't applied...called back, and they took it off!!!

By full price, what do you mean? If you mean £99 then if I were you i'd feel lucky to have got them at all!
