Terms and conditions are in their Help section

None of those appear to be their terms and conditions of sale. They appear to relate to competitions, offers, etc.

Terms and Conditions for the ZK** code. (Sunday Express 20% off)

What are the Sunday Express 20% off Terms and Conditions?
    • 20% discount is available to use when you place an order at www.grattan.co.uk/express
    • The promotion code ZK** must be used
    • The offer is valid on orders placed between 25th June and 31st December 06 only
    • Only one discount permitted per customer
    • Discount includes free postage and packaging on standard delivery options only (delivery in 3-4 working days)
    • This offer is only available on full-price merchandise
    • This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
    • 20% discount can only be used at www.grattan.co.uk
    • Your credit limit will be assessed on your first order
    • We reserve the right to restrict or refuse any request including the amount of credit
    • Certain goods are excluded from the 20% discount. These include, but are not limited to all electrical products featured in the Autumn Winter 06 catalogue between pages 832 and 1011
Btw, Consumer Direct tell me that if the phones have been delivered and paid for, then Grattan can not then alter the price and ask for further payment.

Edit: Sorry, forgot you weren't supposed to post details of codes anywhere other than the vouchers Board. :o

Just had the dreaded call offering it at £149.99 as it was a misprice...typical
  • so what's the position with phones received - all the paperwork refers to £99.
I have tried to clear my (new) account on line this morning but it's still showing the £99 balance owing - so I am not convinced they are going to apply it. The phone has been used so will Grattan be calling me for the extra £49 (which I am not willing to pay) and will they be happy to take it back in that case?
  • Just had the phonecall offering a couple of other phones, or the one in question + accessory pack. Told them to stuff it.

My girlfriend has had a 6111, it's of rubbish build quality and finally gave up the ghost on saturday after about 6 months of use. It never worked properly, the microphone picked up more from the surrounding areas than from the caller. The bloke in the shop swore blind it had been dropped, a bit of the plastic was missing, but it had cracked on it's own without a great deal of assistance.

If you paid £99 for it you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
