Grattan catalogue printing error - E900 pink bargain!!!

They said that it should be delivered for xmas but couldn't guarante it to be here on time.(That's the £149 price not the £99)They said it was a pricing error but the free pack you get was worth £50 (Bluetooth etc)...I think that if we pay the correct price we should get them..That's their game I think

I ordered with Grattan as a new customer, and have received my phone. The phone was originally priced at £99.99 (without discount), then I rang them and they applied the code for me. I then register my account online (using the customer number in the sheet coming with the phone), and checked the balance of my account, which is £79.99 (code has been applied).

I just paid that full amount by credit card, and the payment might be cleared in 1-2 days. Then could Grattan chase for extra money from me if the payment has been made? Or could they refuse my payment, then ask me to pay £149.99 for the phone? Any suggestion?

I tend to agree with you Pudding, sounds like their using tackticks to get more money out of us, to compensate for their mistakes. As long as we get them by xmas.

well done on getting the phone..(I am an old customer and didn't get one booo).I doubt very much that you should pay the difference...It's their mistake not yours...Say you have used it if they ask....You bought it at £99.99 at the time it was ordered.I wouldn't pay the extra

Yes I notice it seems to be people who ordered from Grattans who are getting these calls apart from maybe one - I havent had any contact yet so I called them and the order still stands as far as the cs advisor I spoke to, 2@£180 (10% disc) but she wasnt sure when they would get stock in.

My call was from Freemans this afternoon....I have an account with freemans and Grattan so ordered one from each to be safe..Got a call from Freemans offering the phone at £149.99..still saying awaiting stock for grattans...I doubt I will get one now from grattans at £99

Hi,
I ordered from Grattans..havn't had phonecall YET...im not ever gonna answer the phone again lol.
I got mine for 99.99 but it went onto my account (pay weekly)..does that mean theyl ask me to pay the extra 49.99?

Should I pay my balance off quick before im contacted??
