I highly doubt anyone that received phones will be contacted. They are just cancelling all of the orders that they haven't sent out yet, presumably as it is costing them too much. Really don't think they'll chase anything thats been sent out, too complicated, won't be worth it.

Got my phone originally at £99.99, called up to get the £20 discount but it never showed up online. I called again about the £20 discount and now my balance says £80 online

I wonder if I will get a call. My order confirmation said "Stock Reserved", nothing less, nothing more. No "awaiting stock" or "out of stock", but "Stock Reserved" which I take to mean they have stock and it has been reserved to fulfill my order. If they try and cancel......good luck to them! This is my first order with Grattan so if they want a future customer they had better not try anything on!

Wife said there was a phone call for me from Grattans this morning :cool:

Still showing as awaiting stock £79.99 online, if i dont get it then so be it, im not gonna cry or contact watchdog, they didnt have to honour it and good luck to those who have had delivery of there phones :beer:

Just had the call, with an offer of £150 etc etc, he said a few had slipped through but every other order is being cancelled, they were considering letting them go but people had been ordering 5-10 even 20 at at time obviously to sell on Ebay or to there mates were his words, maybe the greedy few have spoiled it for the rest of us

I think I'll call the courier company to come and pick up and return their catalogue to them.

just after my £149 customer call this morning my timberland boots were delivered needless to say they are going straight back to grattans (to boot)

That sounds like bull to me, they could honour their mistake and just simply limit them to one per customer...

Just about to answer my phone and noticed on caller display it was an 0800 number similar to my freemas call earlier so grattan are trying to call me now..no phone for me..I wonder what will happen if I don't answer my phone..will they email me to cancel
