Nice, did you get the 15 months interest free credit?

Someone in this thread said they only got 10 months? I'm wondering if that was balance transfers rather than spending though.

Don't use a long word when a diminutive one will suffice.

To give an idea of timescales, 1 week after I sent back the signed form I got the pin number. Expecting the card within days, through no idea of limit. No really important as it's not a lot of interest free spending I wish to do.
I wonder why it is, that young men are always cautioned against bad girls. Anyone can handle a bad girl. It's the good girls men should be warned against.-David Niven

Yes, mine says 15 months from date of opening.
Does anyone know where to find the exact date they will use ?
    Date I applied ?
Date I signed the forms ?
Date I activate my card ?
  • I applied on the 3rd of March and sent the forms back about 1 week later and my interest free finishes on the 10th June 2012 so I guess it's when they receive the signed form; they will tell you when you activate the card, if you ask.

    same here too
  • I completed an online application form last Friday night, got a confirmation email on the Saturday afternoon and today the credit agreement has arrived. Hopefully I might get my card in a couple of weeks time then.

I'm not sure if some companies have different rules when it comes to this but i generally always keep a Halifax 0% card on the go. They usually offer 0% for at least 9mths. So i always open one, pay it off when my 0% rate runs out and then close it. I apply again few months later.
Some people have mentioned that some companies won't let you reapply for 0% deal for a least a year but i've had Halifax One cards from:
    Aug 08- Mar 09
    June 09 - Mar 10
    July 10 - present
