stupid question but want to make sure

my insurance is up for renewal this year and is obviously cheaper paying the premium

would paying with this 15 months 0% include paying for the insurance as a purchase?

    thanks

    Yes, that is correct.

FYI - Any one who got one of these when they first were issued I think they will be finishing the promotional rate about now. We certainly are and its only mentioned in a slightly understated way on the statement that the promotional period ends a few days after the next payment is due.

I was looking for it so saw it and we've paid ours off. ;)

I intend to make a final payment to it at the end of June, before my July statement to clear the final £40 off my balance. I always intended to clear it by July 2012, as IIRC it my 0% ends come my August statement and I like to err on the side of caution.

Ended up using it quite a bit over the months and ended up with £13 back in vouchers so far, might be due a couple of more quid.

Will continue to use it now and then and clear the balance each month, to continue to get cashback, but hoping to get another card with a 0% purchase offer in the next few months.

    We've moved on to the Halifax 15month 0%. :D

I'm going to have to wait and search around as I've got cards with most of the companies who offer the longest 0% cards, including Halifax.

The Amazon card looks tempting with 18 months, but I'm in no rush.
