Minimum monthly payments, then the remainder off in full by month 15. My minimum monthly payments will clear over a third of the debt.

My OH applied for this card the other day and received standard rejection letter. He rang up to query and it turned out that they couldn't find the address on the electoral roll. He confirmed it with them and they overturned the decision. Will update once we know the limit.

Wife got £5.5K. Very pleased as we have some big purchases to make! She also got £8.7K on Barclaycard 0% for 20 months at the same time!

Application was declined. I have sent an email back to appealing against it and received a reply back today saying agreement on its way.

    MS

I did not know you could appeal against a decision!!

I got rejected for the Tesco card and a card from my own bank. Obviously my credit score is quite poor but then I thought it was good becuase I was accepted for a mortgage about 4 months ago.

Is there any wording I need to specifically use, a template letter would be even better.

Did anybody-else receive their card without getting a PIN Number ? Got my M&S Card today but had no PIN Number. Have applied online for a reminder. Has anybody-else had to do this ?

The PIN comes seperately, so may come tomorrow!

Thanks mrbigd for your helpful reply ! This Site is so useful for problems like these which can be answered instantly. Appreciate it Sir.
  • How long does it take for the agreement to come through (before receiving the card itself)? It has been 8 days since they sent me an email saying I had been accepted and they would 'send me my agreement'!

I rang them and they said it could take up to two weeks to send an agreement. TWO WEEKS?!
