They were in the house for 6 years, and as they were friends of mine I did not use the agent. Sadly they are no longer friends and I retained their full deposit, but it doesn't even cover the extent of the damage they did or caused by neglect.
Ok, understand, but why should your new tenants have to suffer because of your ex-friends neglect? Put youself in their shoes. Would you want to just up sticks and move again with no compensation for something that isn't your fault?:j:):jI am a bankruptcy survivour (10 years ago). It does get easier.:j:):j

This woman is a serious contender for the programme
LAND LORDS FROM HELL
I feel really sorry for the tenants, I wonder if they read this site.0 -
My landlord was so pleasant I let them keep the curtains that we had used in their house. A bit of mutual respect goes a long way. Sounds like all you are giving them is health problems with the mould and the dodgy structure! Not to mention the harrassment. But luckily for them it seems they are made of sterner stuff and know their rights more than you do. Good grief!0

dunnow i am hoping for the tenants sake that she is a troll, as she has broken every rule in the book, and she really dosen't realise it.0

I did say I suspected trolling, but there is so much detail and justification of their reasoning that sadly I think they are for real too0
