    Too right megela...

Going to make a definate date for Friday - doing too much this week at lunchtime to even contemplating going out - so getting stressed and missing out on the sunshine too!

Good news is DH has given me another £100 to add to the deposit - nice one!

Not much to report moneywise. In other news I have been busy with charity, home and allotment. This will continue till we go away in 4.5 weeks time - not that I'm counting at all.

Tonight's tea is sweet chilli sausages and mash.

    Thanks megela

Difficult one...his immune system is so weak now. He has a chest infection and a bowel blockage.

They will not operate because of his health - will have to wait and see if the anti-biotics work.

    Its a waiting game.

In other news, I am trying to carry on as normal. Shopping for the buffet on Sunday; cleaning and prepping quiches etc... tonight.

Just about to do my usual monthly transfer as got paid yesterday. That elusive trip to the bank will have to wait until next week.

Meal out with Mum and brother tomorrow lunchtime. Italian this time.

2 evenings done at the allotment this week and hoping to get some done tomorrow too - gets me out in the fresh air and keeps my mind off stuff. Can't do more than a couple of hours at a time as I tend to get board after that - DH has also put the base down for the bigger shed we have been given.

Tonight tea is Spicy King Prawn Wraps, salad and wedges.

    Hope everyone is well.

Buffet - done - should net me about £30
Allotment - 1 trip done (on my own - enjoyed my own company for once)
Bank - not done - surprise surprise

Everything else gone to pot as FIL is still in hospital - getting worse - anti-biotics haven't worked, in a side ward and on morphine but he's still fighting...

  • Hi MCi, sorry to hear about FiL, it's difficult to cope with everything. Hopefully the time at the allotment was rewarding.

Oh MCI you're really going through it this year.

I'm so sorry, look after your DH and hope you're both as well as can be under the circumstances

    Hugs
