I got told that to try and post back as undelivered (by sticker on packages) and if i had to pay add a note in with how much postage was and id be reimbursed. Maybe ring again tomorrow and get a different person.

Just got mine- and while the mousemat is not brilliant quality( fuzzy), the mugs are great!

NO NO No don't ring the 0845 number ...you pay too much for the call...pay to complain??

Try 0113 2435435 this is the geographical number and ask for relevant department.

Or try 0500 100055 this is a Freephone number to Customer Services ..ask for the department.


My mugs were ok so I haven't tried these numbers but got them off the "Say no to 0870 etc website" HTH

Ordered 4 mugs and 3 mousemats..........
So far this week have received 4 mugs with 2 acceptable mugs, 1 mug with wonky pictures on and one mug completely smashed in half !:eek:
And the 3 mouse mats which looked very nice:D
Phoned CS and they advised me to send the 2 faulty ones back and they would replace them and re-imburse me with the postage:rolleyes:

And today.........the 3 mouse mats came through my door again

and I've only been charged for the 3 i ordered;)

Hi there. Does anyone feel that Trading Standards should be contacted about this? My mugs were so awful and I am getting nowhere with Asda Photographic Customer Services.

My mugs have been pretty good.. a couple have pretty wonky pictures on one side,but for £1.50 it would do.. the mousemats on the other hand are awful.. however I emailed to complain and it was returned to me - what is the email address people have been using?

Is anyone else still waiting? I ordered 21 in total - 3 different pictures, 7 of each, in three separate orders due to website problems. Have just checked and it says dispatched but I've no idea when they were dispatched.

Wonder when or if they'll arrive and what they'll be like when they do....

Yep, I'm still waiting on a mousemat and have queried it TWICE :wall:

I'm now waiting on reprints of all 9 mugs that I ordered :mad:

Give them a ring and chase your order...

Just returned my mugs and 3 mousemats out of 6, return postage came to nearly £14, thats about 50p more than I want refunding :rotfl: I checked & double checked and I was told to send it & that I would be refunded any charges so I'm not to fussed!
