Well I ordered a mug and a mousemat. Received them both last week then the postie bought me another mousemat today!
My mousemats are not too bad, but like others have said, have a strange smell...
The mug isn't that good tho as the edges of the pic are faded.
Which e-mail address have people used to complain to? I don't want the bother of sending them back but I would like them to know that I'm not 100% happy tho.

I sent 2 mugs back yesterday at the cost of £2.70. Asda will refund this, but surely it would have been cheaper for them to ask me to bin them..
Oh well, we'll see what I get the next time around.
The must have employed monkeys to stick the photos on the mugs, or on second thought, a monkey would probably do a better job.0 -

I have got my :coffee: 7 of them not bad pics apart from 2 that have top of heads cut off but none of the pics are straight.
Who are peeps putting there complaints into? do I compalin to local asda are do we have to call that dammm cs in Capetown God dont want to go down that road again after the lager fiasco aghhhhhhhhhhhh please let me know whom you have all put a complaint into surely they will do something about it. Can i not just return them to local Asda?

Just rang asda about the :coffee: on the 08453007774 number spoke to Dianne, yes have to pay to post back, will receive in time for Xmas, explained it will cost more to post back than mugs cost, cannot take back to local store, Oh and the best of it was she assured me no-one else has had a problem with the mugs :rotfl:0

What are you going to do then? I would be inclined to ring back and ask for Asda's Head Office telephone number maybe just to spur them on a bit and also see if they will send a courier to collect the mugs ?
