I called the photography CS

They advised to return at my own expense. I stated that surely on behalf of ASDA that cannot be policy.

I did find out that compnay is called Standard Photographic and the CS gave me the ASDA 0500 100055 number to call to escalate

Called the ASDA Head Office CS (Mainly to make them aware of whats going on and how ASDA may not have a phot dept if they carry on as they are)

Awaiting call but HO CS said that I should not have to return them at my expense and that I should be able to order more (they will send me some gift vouchers) and throw the others away if they are no good.

Will update after the CS call. I suggest others call ASDA CS to express their dismay of the standard, its something I think they should know

Received another email from them stating that they had to be returned to the above address and i had to put a note in about having the postage refunded to me and then they would reprocessed and a refund issued etc.

Not happy at all especially as this was meant to be part of a birthday present for Friday..looks like Asda has lost me as a customer after this.

I have just phoned them up and complained and the lady I spoke to ( I think called Sarah) said she would have the mugs reprinted and sent out to me, no mention of me posting the ones I have already received back to them.
I told her I was waiting on a second order of 6 mugs and was scared that they were going to be as shoddy as these and she said that there was no reason why they should be.... I suppose time will tell

i still havent got my mug anyone else in the same position, strange i got the mouse mats lil while ago
any idea how long to wait till asking them about it?

I'm still waiting for my mug, the mousemat arrived a while ago, just checked and it says processing for the mug, but it says that about the mousemat also and that has arrived. Just hope they have got their act together now and the mug arrives with the photo ok. After reading all the other posts I'm glad I only ordered one

Mousemats arrived this morning delivered by postman.
Mugs arrived 30 minutes later delivered by post office parcel man in a van.

Quality better than expected, judging by the feedback on this post, only 1 small issue, one of the mousemats was about 25mm wider than the other which meant white left and right edges. I think I'll trim myself.
