Received our 8 mugs today and we were disapponted too... I am disappointed with Asda not the OP.... I am glad I never paid anymore for them... All my mugs are wonky and faded... and as someone pointed out the photo is too small really for the size of the mug....
I will email Asda about my disappointment....0 -

I will email Asda about my disappointment....
I've emailed them this morning and still awaiting a response....
I'm just waiting for the rest of my order and then I will phone...very disappointed and appalled really.0 -
i ordered 2 mousemats and 1 mug
both mousemats came but not the mug!
mousemats - one was for a secret santa pressie the actual picture looks good )i edited it so was really unsure of how it would turn out but the edges of both were very roughly cut!! but for the price not bad
the 2nd was one for my bloke with one of his old baby pics, the colour seems slightly off im sure the old photo wasnt that bad colourwise but it still looks adorable!
am tempted to still e-mail asda not the kind of quality id expectYes Your Dukeiness0 -

I received part of my order which I have just collected from the Parcel depot, 2 mugs and I have to agree they are appalling. The pictures are not on straight and they are faded towards the edges.
There is no way these can be used as gifts as they are embarassing.I have just sent an email to CS.....lets hope it goes to Asda though and not this "tinpot" company.
please dont feel bad, its a cracking offer as a find and absolutely not your fault re the quality, thats Asdas or the company they are using , as a spot this was still a great one and thanks:T0 -
Ordered 10 mugs, only 9 arrived, every single mug is flawed; either with wonky pictures or faded printing, or both. Absolutely unacceptable to be given as gifts (which is surely what everyone bought them for!!)
Oh, and one of the photos appears to have been stretched?!
****UPDATE****
What a farce! The number listed for customer services for the Photographic department is 0845 3007774. Obviously I used SayNoTo0870 first, and rang normal customer services on 0500 100055
They gave me the same 0845 number listed, so I gave in and called that. No answer - only a message saying "number 3540 - no-one is available to take your call". I left a message and called the 0500 number again. Girl tried to put me through to somewhere, but cut me off. Rang back again and spoke to the original bloke, who put me through to a diferent answerphone. Left a message. Called the 0500 number again... got put through to ASDA entertainment, who obviously couldn't help. Rang the 0500 number again got put through to the answerphone that the CS bloke put me through to 10 minutes earlier!

Picked up my two parcels from the delivery office this morning. The two mugs are absolutely fine, no fading and the pics are good.
The mousemats too are good, the actual fabric of the mousemat is pretty cheap and they smell of fish glue but the photos on them are good and I'm very pleased with them :j0 -

Had a reply to my email this morning and they have asked me to send all the mugs back to them and they will then send replacements. It will cost loads to send them all back....0 -
I'm still waiting for a reply to my email.... :wall: so I tried phoning them and all I got was an answering machine, they are supposed to be open Saturdays 9-1pm and this was 11am ish and am still waiting for a call back
I would be very reluctant to post them back at my own expense, maybe you could ask them to send a courier round to collect themafter all, its because of their shoddy workmanship that they are going back in the first place.

My mugs are still showing as 'being processed' - I am hoping this means they have taken note of the number of complaints they have received and are taking the time to do them properly. My prints have arrived, and they look good, so fingers crossed that my mugs will arrive soon and be in perfect condition!0
