The mugs are really good!!! One has a tiny scratch on the photo though. Would have been good to have had more time to sort more photos out. Maybe next year!!!!
Absolute bargain - thanks again op.
ooooh so excited now, when did you order yours?:D0 -
There is NO WAY I am paying for my mugs  They have just been delivered and they are awful quality the photo is very small (which I would be fine with if that was the only problem!) wonky and the edges are missing - like the ink was running out? Comparing it to the photo box one I have shows just how bad they are. I don't care f they were £1.50, I ordered six and not one is of acceptable quality. VERY disappointed, hope they aren't all like this  Lets see what the mousemats are like
Just called cs and the nice man apologised, I am sending them all back and they will be looked at, he said if they aren't straight & the edges aren't right they will have another go! At least they have good customer service & I guess they have been busy with the promotion so if its sorted I will be happy:j :j0 -
I have written Asda a complaint about the greeting cards as well, terrible quality, and borderline of going in the bin. Its a shame that Asda Photo uses a rubbish photo company to do their printing.. it gives them a bad name.0

I received the cards yesterday and thought the quality of the print was OK, just a pity they were upside down. Very nice person in customer services said to return them and they will have another go. I also have my first lot of mugs. They are fine, not quite bone china:rotfl: in fact they would not be out of place on a building site, but I shall put some sweets in them and they make a lovely gift.0

Can I ask how your returning the mugs? I have the same problem, which I am putting down to been a rush job, because of the huge response to the offer.
Thing was I adived to take them back to the Post Office and Mark Return to Sender? Surely this isnt right? I would guess at having to pay return postage and sending them a copy of the receipt, which the young lady in CS I spoke with argeed I could do.
Shame nice offer, guess they are victims of they own successProud Member of the Lose Weight Thread on I Wanna..................

I will be paying and claiming the money back, remember to send recorded or special delivery in case they break or get lostLooks like this offer will cost them a lot if all mugs are like this

My mousemats are absolutely terrible and I will be complaining - The blue ink was evidently running out on the printer as I printed 2 snowy images which were very blue but have turned out virtually completely pink and another image that was meant to be pretty blue and is also bright pink. The other 3 have pink tinges. The edges of the fabric are also peeling off.
The photo prints I recieved were excellent quality though which is a shame.
Not got the mugs yet.0 -
Oh great looking forward to my mousemats now
Will hold off sending my mugs back until the mousemats arrive as it looks like I will be returning the lot. Think I'll be asking for a refund and going to Photobox. I can't praise them enough the quality difference is HUGE. I can't believe they are happy to send these items out no matter how much they cost

I received my mugs today and they are good, not bad at all. I purchased a mug a few years ago from another company and they are of similar quality, so cant complain. Good value for £1.50, thats for sure.0

I use Photoshop Elements 4 to edit digital photography.
Every - I mean every - digital snap you take does need to be colour corrected before printing - makes a world of difference.
So far I've received only the free 10 photos - no problems - fingers crossed for the mugs....
