  • Just to wrap up the story for me.

Ordered 12, 2 broken on arrival and all faded and/or wonky.

Sent 2 back as examples of problems (as requested) and got another 12 sent to me. None broken or faded but 10 of the 12 are wonky again. :wall:

So I now have 18 fairly useless mugs and 2 OK ones.

Don't know if they do these manually but if so, whoever is putting on the transfers is useless at getting them straight. 2 correct out of 24.
They are either  or they built the factory on a slope!

Purchased 4 mugs and 3 mousemats for £12

Recieved 3 mousemats (all perfect- so no complaint there)

Then received 4 mugs (2 ok, 1 wonky picture and 1 smashed in two:rolleyes: )

Telephoned CS, told to send the 2 faulty mugs back and pay for the postage and packing and they would refund me the p&p., which is what I did.

    Then received the mousemats again:confused:

Yesterday received 4 mugs and the 3 mouse mats again:confused:

Grand total = 6 mugs + 9 mousemats all for £12 and the couple of quid postage which I expect to get back:rolleyes:

Every member of our family will be pleased with their mousemat for christmas I hope hehehe

  • I haven't returned my 6 wonky/rubbish mugs yet - was told to return as undelivered which seems wrong. I wasn't in a rush to return them cos we're broke at the moment LOL and can't afford the postage and some of the people these are intended for are going on holiday for Christmas so I thought I'd leave it until after pay day, but I hadn't reckoned on the fog, might need the pressies sooner than I'd thought!

Anyway, can someone tell me exactly what they did in order to return and claim to postage - ie, did you have to seal the parcel in the post office after photocopying the receipt or what?

    Thanks in advance

I mailed the package (I used Standard Parcels with extra compensation - that was the cheapest insured method for me as I was returning 14 mugs and mousemats!) - then I scanned the receipt and emailed it to them.

I requested email confirmation that the refund had been made and eventually received one - they did tell me that it would take 10 days to process and that they would not refund until the package had arrived.

Maybe you could give the mugs out in the fog (filled with warming mulled wine) and the recipients would not be able to see the wonky pics (a) because of the fog and (b) because of the wine!

Hope you get away on your hols OK! :rotfl:
