I wonder how long it will take for them to replace to £6 postage it cost me to return them?! Apparently, the money will be put back on the card I paid for them one. Lets wait and see!
Although I have just noticed that they are mirror image, so the children are the opposite side to what they were in the orginal photo I sent (only noticed because they left the picture they used in the mug!)

Got my mugs just over a week ago but didn't phone CS until yesterday as I was off on holiday (Centreparcs courtesy of a lovely discount code I got on MSE). 6 of the 21 mugs are unacceptable - either extremely squint or parts of the picture rubbed off. The others are okay - not perfect but acceptable. Anyway they told me to send to the address on the box, they said to return it "as undelivered" so that I woudn't have to pay for it - does anyone know how you actually do that? Silly me, should have asked CS when they told me to do that!"There's hard work. And there's not so hard work. I prefer not so hard work. But if you mix not so hard work with hard work it's harder than the not so hard work but not so hard as the hard work."

I don't think they should be doing this. Royal Mail have delivered the item so to take it to the post office & say they haven't is a lie! I'm not 100% but does this mean Royal Mail return it to Asda Photo for free? If it does it sounds like they are trying to avoid return postage costs? If Asda Photo are charged then why not just send the parcel normally.
Anyways I have gone on a bit, just doesn't sound right! I told them I would prefer to pay and have the costs refunded (which they are doing - hopefully as it was over £13!):j :j0 -

I was told to send the parcel of mugs & mousemats back to them, but can't get to the PO until Saturday, so no chance of getting them back in time for Christmas.
I don't think that you can say a parcel is undelivered (unless you're a post-person) as it doesn't make sense, the PO obviously delivered the parcel to you in the first place. Sounds like a scam for them to not pay return postage charges, unless they have to pay return costs in that situation?0 -
Has anyone who returned mugs and paid for postage had the money refunded to their card yet?2019 Prize Total - £0/0 Prizes 2018 Prize Total - £100/1 Prize 2017 Prize Total - £250/2 Prizes

After sending a couple of e-mails I eventually got a replacement for my mug that arrived smashed. I didn't have to send it back, just attached a pic of the broken one to the e-mail. The replacement has one of the pics a bit wonky but it'll do, they also sent me a mousemat the same as one I ordered and received but it was very dark, but it was a freebie so can't complain I suppose. I'm glad these only cost £1.50Penny Pinching Pauline0

Waited, waited... been busy as it's pre-Christmas, finally called today. You're supposed to send the copy of proof of postage and the receipt to Dean Hinton, same address as the mugs (Spartan Close, etc..) and then they will refund you. Apparently.:rolleyes:0
