i can assure you fogg is lovely. ive known him for years.
foggy mate why do you never venture into the arms? There's someone in my head, but it's not me0 -
i receieved the 2 mugs & 2 mousemats fine last week - not as good quality as i would have liked but fo £1.50 i was happy enough!
today i went to pick up some parcels that the postie had tried to deliver to find that i had received another 2 mugs (of my boys) and also 4 of someone that i don't know!!
now - should i call asda and let them know or just destroy them?0 -
Got all of my mugs today and the quality is pretty good. Best quality were the computer generated graphic images we used which had no 'edge'. On the whole I am really very pleased. I have bought expensive promotional goods before and they are usually similarly priced and of similar quality!
One point though, I also ordered a mousemat which has printed very well but it didn't half stink when I opened the envelope. I thought something had crawled in the package and died. It is just the rubber base though, and when left to air a little it lost the stench! If you buy recycled rubber pencil cases etc from Remarkable these smell quite similar!
I also was convinced I had ordered 2 more mugs than I received but these are not showing on my orders in my account. It was quite late when I placed the order, but I am sure I am not going mad! If anyone receives 2 mugs with a picture of a farmhouse they will be mine!!0 -
I am still waiting for a reply to two e-mails I sent them about the mug I received that was broke. It was a picture of my dog that I had just had to have put to sleep so I was gutted when it arrived broken. I thought at least they would have had the decency to reply to me. I got two others that arrived in one peice of my grandson, the packaging is terrible it is amazing they weren't broken, just put in a box with no bubblewrap etc. The pictures are quite small compared to the mugs, but ok I suppose for the price. Just hope they will redo the one of my dog, I even attached a photo of the broken mug.Penny Pinching Pauline0

Well i recieved my items very shortly after ordering. I've ordered mugs from other sites before and although the ADSA ones weren't fantastic they were more than acceptable.
But yesterday there was another knock at the door and yes, another 6 mugs and another mousemat!!! I'll be keeping an eye on my funds, but at the minute i've only paid for one set.0 -

Sorry to hear about your dog- it took me several days to receive a reply to my email complaint, so I'm sure you'll get a reply soon - looks like they've been swamped...
