Collected my mugs from sorting office today and am really disappointed over half of them have a good pic on one side and a faded at the edge one on the other side. They have cropped faces and some are awful colours compared to the original. I'll be complaining when I get the chance.
I think they messed up charging just £1.50 P&P for all the mugs because the box weighs a ton![FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica]

oh dear!!! Got my mousemat which is O.K but still to receive three mugs. Hopefully they will have been processed after all the complaints and will be O.K!!0

I think my mugs came this morning but I was out. Will have to go get them soon..
I don't see why they want us to post them back. It just costs money and what are they going to do with all the dodgy mugs with our photos on? I wouldn't be very happy with someone else using a mug with my pics on!0 -
I ordered 12 mugs, all printed with one logo. Got them this morning.
1 cracked
1 shattered
remaining 10 all useless with crooked/faded/smudged/misplaced images.
As others have said, the image is really small although, to be fair, in the parts that did print correctly, the quality was good.
I bought these to give away, but anyone I gave one of these to would be insulted, thinking I gave them the rejects!
I've bought lots of mugs through Photobox before and they've been really good. I once ordered 6 and one was smudged, so they told me to keep the ones I had and sent me another 6 for free! Now that's good service.
Have e-mailed Asda to see what they're going to do about this debacle. I guess they subcontracted this but it's seemingly been a disaster for them both financially and in PR terms.
No comeback on the OP though. A good deal's a good deal!
Cheers,

First of all I want to say thanks to the OP because this was a fantastic offer and helped me out with a retirement gift and xmas presents and should not feel bad at all - afterall you didnt print them did you...
Received the prints and thought the quality was very good and couldnt wait to receive the mousemats and mugs. Mousemats arrived with some having pink tinges and others where colour blue was nearly all replaced by pink   . Havent received the mugs yet - hoping that the delay is down to the quality being improved.
I emailed the customer services on Friday night and they replied the next day apologising and asking me to return them for a refund. So another email has been sent asking if they are going to refund my postage costs and to replace them - still waiting to hear from them.
Like a previous poster it would be better if we could return these to Asda instead of posting them so would be interested to hear what Asda have to say. Not happyand what with truprint seemingly stopping the half price calendars - its not been a good weekend for getting retirement gifts/xmas sorted
Thanks OP once again..please dont feel bad as its not your fault but Asda's and who they pick to print their gifts.Brendan's new dance partner...please0 -

Received a reply this morning:
"Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately we will need posting back to the addredd below as stores
are unable to deal with on line photo orders. Please enclose a note
with the order advising us you would like to be credited for the return
postage and we will arrange for this to be done.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us."
There was no address below though. Don't think I will send them back... it doesnt seem worth all the bother.... such a shame....0 -
