Well my mug arrived today smashed to peices, even the postman could tell the way it was rattling inside. It was just placed in a box, no packing whatsoever. From what I could tell of the picture it looked very small for the size of the mug. Will contact CS but it seems they have learned nothing from all the complaints they must have had. I am still waiting for two other mugs with pics of my new grandson, so don't know what to expect nowPenny Pinching Pauline0

I have just picked up my 7 mugs from parcel office and there is only 1 which I would say is acceptable....just... and that isnt a gift. Just going to phone CS and see what they have to say this time as I was told the other day that there was no reason why this order would be like the other 2 I received the other day.......
here goes :wall: :mad:0 -
Well I have just phoned them and I spoke to the same lady (probably only her that works there lol) and she said she would have them re-printed and have a word with the lab and ask them to be extra careful as they are done by hand, and ask them to try and be as straight as possible?? surely that would be standard procedure anyway
lets see what happens this time.... the saga continues0 -
All does not bode well for my order for 21 mugs?
Does anyone fancy having a guess how many will be okay?0 -

No, no mention of anything like that, I just told her that I was disgusted with them and she said she would have them re-printed for me and have a word with the lab and ask them to be "extra careful".
I would have refused to post them back anyhow.... if they want them back they can send a courier here for them, its not my fault their quality control or lack of it is so poor.0 -

i too got my mugs and the pictures are wonky and not good quality and too small for the mug, just sent a letter to CS. i did email before but i too was advised to send them back . just not worth the hasstle, and i had to put proof of postage in the parcel.... duh!!
i would not have complained unless i saw this thread. thank you maybe of we all stick together something will be done it .
thank you to the person who found this amazing offer. my mousemates were fine , apart from being a bit smelly.Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming ~ WOO HOO what a ride!0 -
I never asked for them to be reprinted, I just phoned up and said I wanted to query my order and complain about it.When she asked what was wrong with them and I told her, she then told me she would have them reprinted for me and sent out....
I think they need to get their act together because this is a total sham :wall:0 -

Check my earlier post to learn a vital lesson with digital photography - to get the best results you must colour correct your 'negatives'.
Duder
Mine were colour corrected though and the prints were fine, however the mousemats still all came out PINK!! the blue ink had obviously ran out on their printer, so the colour balance was totally screwed up.0
