Hi Nicnox
Welcome to the club - I'm sorry I'm not much help with Payplan as I'm with CCCS- did it all over the Internet. I have spoken to them a couple of times with queries and they have been great -I'm sure that payplan must run on similar lines. There are others in the group wit them so I'm sure better advice wll be along in a short while.
Good luck with it all - and know you can always come on here to let off steam, get support and talk through ideas.

I am with CCCS and i done mine on the internet, they have been great, have phoned them up a few times and have been very helpful which i am sure payplan will be, good luck on saturday, by the way it will help to write everything down if you havent done so.0

Hi alll,
Sorry ive been away for a while,Ive just tried to logon line with CCCS using my account number, but its not allowing me to log on.Anyone else having problems.Rung them nut they say i need to go to a new interface, any one know what it is.Ive read some scary accounts on here about people having there accounts terminated with them....Hope mine hasnt,im really p[anicky now...
Got a letter from Royal B of !!!!!! Mstercard division, saying my account now has been termianted, and i need to return my cards, cut up.They are already the silly monkeys..They are also shoving intrest and charges on,even though i have written to them twice to say stop....Wonder if CCCS has been in touch.........Had a letter from CCCS saying that RBS where i have my consolidation loan will not accept their offers, but i dont need to take any action at the mo.......so not good, but hey trying to keep the head up.0 -
Hi Brassicks
I'm not getting anywhere with CCCS site either - I don't get the same page as is shown in the preview on the letter about their new website. Maybe it's just a little too new and they have gremlins. I keep hitting Runtime error each time I try to log in.
Don't let the nasty letters and refusals get you down - So far I think I've only had 1 of my ccs accept terms offered too - do you think its a bit of a standard try on to get you to "try a bit harder" - as we are all obviously really loaded and hiding our money so we can get those lovely calls!
My next strategy is to offer an additional £1 on each payment to show I'm trying and to explain that that's really it untill circumstances improve. What more can they do?
Have been reading the various posts about harrassment that are appearing on the board - I wonder where we stand on complaints - who to and if it works. Will give it some more thought - I'm very tempted to refuse to confirm my security details now so they can't carry on talking to me but think that may just result in them ringing over and over even more.
Ahh well Tomorrow is another day...
Take care

Hi Everyone
How's you Saturday going - Are you all still on track with DMP's, Budgets, Christmas preparations, Bank Charges reclaiming and Rabbit hutch searches?
Brassiks - have you managed to get on to CCCS site - I got there today and think it looks like it will be really useful - nice to be able to check on progress rather than wait for the postman to deliver statements etc.Couldn't get a Statement up though - I'm assuming that's because its a new DMP - let me know if you get yours displayed.
Tinytot - did you get through to tns and has the rabbit arrived?
b2b - Did you manage to get your clicker working? - it's bonus points at the mo 3000 instead of 1000 each week around Christmas so worth it - and by the way what is a bearded dragon? - I'm guessing Lizard?
3 little pigs, nicnox and hypno Welcome aboard and I hope you've had successful weeks.
I've had some more "You've missed a payment" letters today - Had my home telephone number changed yesterday - so no more nasty calls from CCs - although I think a couple may have my mobi or work numbers but as we break up on Tuesday they'll have to be quick if they still want to verbally abuse me before Christmas!
I got Martin's Thrifty Book last week - (I figured hang the expense it should save me money in the long run) and I'm now rapidly turning into a Old Style nerd regarding cleaning materials etc - a bit like Anthea Turner on speed!!! I went out and got my "5 essential cleaning products" today for a grand total of £2.68 so I really have no excuse to not have my house shining like a new pin by Chrissie Day. Actually I'm becoming a little obsessed with the power of Vinegar and Bicarb - I think the fumes are getting to me!!!
Going to write to Creditors again this weekend to remind them that the DMP is set up and that no matter how many times they ask I just don't have the money. I know they're not interested but at least I can show willing and I was brought up to always respond to letters - no matter how rude - I will not be reduced to their level of rudeness, harrassment or end up just ignoring them. Have been reading the advice on the CCCS website which says not to give in to their constant demands to pay more. No danger on that one! - am going to try and squirrel away a little money each month to make lump sum payments and at least clear a couple of smaller debts - Inspired by the bank charges clearing my overdraft I'm going to target each debt one after the other and try and get them cleared. I was alarmed to find that some companies start charging interest again if you pay more than the arranged amount on DMP; so rather than risk it, I'm putting the money into a savings account to build up till I can pay the lot - just got to make sure it doesn't get touched. (My will power is going to have to really hold up on that one :rotfl: )
Well fellow supporters that's me for the day - Hope you are all well, worthy and eventually Wealthy!

Welcome 3littlepigs & nicnox! Hi to everyone! I had a couple of infuriating letters today! I dont mind the harrassment as much as the lies!! Such as "you have chosen not to pay your arrears" (some choice!) & "despite our offers of assistance" (none!) and " we have not heard from you as yet" (after 4 letters & 3 phone calls)..
I will write back to each of them, truthfully!
Other than that all is well. Have received my first £10 from lightspeed surveys, have £6.20 in pigsback, £4.70 in quidco (waiting for £125 from Barclays insurance policy)
Went to Asda today for Xmas dinner shop, spent too much because it was so busy, just grabbed stuff rather than did the careful check price, check weight routine. Did stick to the list tho, apart from a bottle of whisky that somehow made its way into the trolley
Good plan with the creditors JoJo, Im going to do the same with the smaller ones, save up till I can pay off in full, then on to the next one. First target is Freemans, I owe £440.......even 1 less creditor would make me feel better!
Hope all is well with you all :-)Proud to be dealing with my debts :j
