Or can you contact TS anonymously?
Yeah I think you can, but if you do they obviously can't get back to you to let you know what happened. I'm sure I read before on here that TS have their own special department just to deal with Tesco complaints!0 -
at the end of the day i think you have made yourself known now
so however you take it it's up to you.
if it was me i would forget about it and wait for another one. count your losses and gain next time0 -
I personally would go to TS about this as Tescos are clearly breaking the law. I onder how many toher customers they would like to rip off!Bad mother to 2!

good advice I reckon - as I said originally I'll return it (to a different store) and wait for something better at that store - they were hopeless with ood sels for wine recently. Hope I get a full refund then hot water bottles will still turn out to be bogof.0 -
Is Tony Hawks 37.97 a misprice?
What about the Sony 32" LCD TV, spotted that with a big yellow SEL of 799.97?
What about the meat - do you check for a higehr SEL that what is printed on the label, or it it not just as easy as that?0 -
Both are correct. "Fear" may be incorrect but no one has reported back on that yet. I'm just going out to see what I can find out on it.
The telly got reduced down to £799 about 16 days agoWe took on Mr T and we won:D
Shame it had to end, will have to get free stuff from comps now :beer:0 -
rombomb, why not scan them to find out yourself? if there are no working price check scanners make use of the pharmacy or drag it over to a checkout and ask for them to check the price.
Also reading the threads will tell you that the sony 32" TV has been dropped to just below £800 and Tony hawkes was scanning as per the poster on friday when the games prices change.
ahh well 306 beat me to the reply0 -

Rather bizarely found myself doing some shelf-stacking today....
Went for a nose in an Extra - I was drawn to one of the new box displays that holds DVDs, Games, Books and CDs.
Could hardly believe it when I saw a 24 Season 5 £24.97 SEL....
....but no DVDs on display.
Now I know that some of you are paranoid (The Dude is not) about security, the eye-in-the-sky, thermal imaging etc etc, but get this:
The box display was directly in front - maybe 6 meteres - of the CS desk - and at a right angle to, but directly in front of the front-of-store Security Dude - about 4 metres away.
I strolled away - got a handful of 24 Season 5 DVDs from the main aisle - circled round and approached the box display on a bombing run - ready to pull-up and abort if I felt I was about to be rumbled.
CS girls were busy - Mr Security was attempting to tickle his frontal lobe via a finger up his nose.
I stacked the box display - then took one back - paid - reported to CS - prompt R&R with a smile and 'Happy Christmas'.
Now whilst stacking the shelf was my personal choice - I wanted to make my purchase look kosha (sure enough the CS lady compared my DVD to one that I had stacked) the top-tip is....
...check those lovely box displays for old SELs 'cause you don't know what you might find....
