Dude I totally disagree but some think they are, they have clearly defined rules on what post they should be removing and while I did not see the earlier post the ones between 5:30 and 7:30 did not break any of the rules.
Remember without us not only would the mods be redundant but so would this site, while abuse is unacceptable banter should be allowed :beer:0 -
Hi everyone....
Believe it or not I only found out about these tescos R&Rs today and have been eagerly reading the posts to find out how and where and when.
Have actually laughed out loud to myself whilst reading some posts as some people seem to be having a lot of fun letting us all know what the prices are for the goods they have R&R'd
I went to my local store today to have a look for a few xbox games but when I got there I found that the in-store scanner was not working so decided I would try another time.
For you info the games were Gears of War (£37.84) and NFS Carbon (39.96)
My quick question is as follows:
If the in-store scanner is not working (maybe turned off because of these R&R raids...hahaha), how is the best way of going about finding out if the price on the SEL is correct.
Am I actually better off just buying the goods anyway and then coming back and getting a full refund a few days later if they are actually full priced and not a saving and therefore an R&R prospect.
Any advice would be well received...so thanks in advance...
....and happy R&Ring

there is a board on here just for banter and chat and that is the Moneysavers Arms. The mods only do what Martin requests and as it is Martin's site and all of us are just visitors I think that everyone should abide by the requests.
If a thread on here goes off topic and into chat it becomes impossible for people to find the information they want, which is why the Moneysavers Arms board exists - to house all the chat.
I really, really can't see your problem with any of this frankly.
If you don't like. or want to abide by, the way these boards are run then you are free to go elsewhere.0 -

Couldn't comment on your posts - didn't see them.
I treat this forum as a privlege, not a right - and I think you should to adopt a similar attitude and abide by the Mod's decision.
If you want to bark, take it off-line.

and its difficult to follow on because
a. you asked a question and
b it's not relevant to tescos mispricing
this is the tescos mispricing discussion thread. as redfox has said before anything else banter non tescos topics etc etc should be held over in the arms discussion thread.0 -

Why worry about ?, its a discussion thread about misprices, 75% of posts are off topic, so surely it is better for the thread that these posts are removed. persnally I think you're out on a limb with this one? and most on here take a different stance to you.
So I would say calm down and let the mods get on with their jobs.0 -
Tesco Thurrock Lakeside. 5ft Fibre Optic Xmas Tree should have been marked up as £24.97 but the printer clearly missed the £2. Needless to say it went scanned at the full price.
Got a real difficult duty manager who downright refused R&R so called CS and got it authorised!
Customer services refused to talk to me when I went back to pick it up!0 -
