However, that information could have been passed on via a phone call, and so there wouldn't be any data for them to show you?Titch0 -

Hi, it can be quite difficult checking prices if your store does not gave a scanner, when I checked it in my local store it was scanning at the lower price so no luck. Have you managed an r&r yet or are you still looking.0 -

And in mine.Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.0 -

Do you go straight from your till to the CS desk, or do it the next day etc? I really want to have a go at onr of these, but i'm nervous!!!
Hi, I usually pack my shopping, pay and then just as I am about to walk out the door (whilst checking my receipt) I notice the overcharge and head over to cs. I would suggest trying a clear cut r&r for your first, stickered books, games or dvds would be hard for a cs to wriggle out of. This will also test out the cs to see what they are like at giving r&r, some are actually quite pleasant. Also don't be afraid to point out the refund policy if they offer the difference. Good luck.0 -

I was gutted, found a big pile of them with £69.94 on and thought here we go but checked the price and no go. For my revenge I've sent my mum armed with a list of misprices and annuals which are scanning wrong, so far all shes had is a tin of mr muscle and shes dying to get a decent r&r. No way I'm going with her when shes r&ring she'd probably hit them with her walking stick if cs got lippy!:rotfl:0 -
Sorry if this has been posted before but this is a cracker :rotfl:TESCO CCTV PUT ON INTERNET
Published on 18/11/2006
A SERIOUS breach of security at a supermarket has led to some CCTV footage being broadcast over the internet.
As these pictures show, the footage from cameras located in Tesco in Barrow is now on view to the public. Bosses at the store have promised a full investigation.
The streaming files can be viewed on YouTube, the website that allows videos to be broadcast and shared over the net.
Two short films submitted by an anonymous contributor “comfyft” show footage of apparent shoplifters and some eccentric behaviour from local characters.
Tesco has confirmed that the films, entitled My Ship and Picture Perfect, are indeed made up of in-store CCTV footage.
A spokesman said: “We are very concerned that there appears to have been a breach of security here. CCTV images from our store should not be on here and we will be investigating how this may have occurred.”

Hi Guys,
Can anyone tell me if Tesco's can actually do anything about someone getting R+Rs? I ask because I went in today to get presents for my nephews and nieces, and I ended up getting getting four Mr Men books and paid 13.97 each instead of the stickered 12.97. When I went to the CS desk the CS assistant called the Duty Manager and she took all of my details including clucard number and told me they would be keeping an eye on what I bought cos she suspected me of abusing the return policy. She was really rude and confrontational.
What could they do? Ban me from the store? I think they would be unable to do that as their pricing policy is clearly stated, but I'm not sure.
Please help!!!
