Seems they have been very 'economical' with the information they sent you.
How can you prove they have any more information if you was to take this further?

Easiest way to find out is to go to a store, note the price, pick one up and see what it scans at. If its more than the SEL, then its overcharged. Same as or less than the SEL - time to decide if you really want one or not.

Do you go straight from your till to the CS desk, or do it the next day etc? I really want to have a go at onr of these, but i'm nervous!!!

Better to do it straightaway. The SELs may have been corrected by the following day.
I think it has been previously suggested that you use checkout furthest away from CS desk, then there's plenty of time to 'check' your receipt and fix that puzzled look.

changing the subject............

has anyone noticed that the champs & choccies now has a yellow sel the £20 is crossed out & reduced to £18. Back to the correct price at long last!!

Quite a few drinks sets have been reduced aswell.

picked up a couple of these, but was bitterly disappointed with the chocs, they are full of praline...........yuch!

yes ive noticed that the temptations biscuits tins have a yellow sel stating 5.99 on offer til dec.
any ideas if these are still scanning at 7.99:j
