I took it as not more than 1 room per person, not nights.
My mum has received the confirmation email, so it seems to have gone through.****************************0 -

It's just me that's going to be in my room in my bed on my own - there were no twin rooms left which may have been the case for the above people and sometimes people don't like to share beds with their friends !!
awww. sorry
how about we bunk up together? i'll pay my 50p!0 -

We discussed this on the other thread in travel
It was more than 1 ROOM per night, i.e you couldn't book two rooms for 4 people kind of thing, which limited you to going without your friends, unless they did a separate booking.****************************0 -

how did you get to the flash page/ did you click the pound link on the first page then try to book on that page OR did you click the pound link on the first page then cxlick the pound link again on the second page? If you dont follow the links.....0 -
Hi
I was lucky - I managed to book a £29 room in April for me and OH, and a £1 room in Jan to give to M&D as xmas pressie (cheap I know). However, a lot of people are saying that those who got rooms aren't complaining - well, I got one and I think the website was dreadful. I had the same trouble as everyone else with the error message, and only tried rejecting the flash site and going to HTML out of frustration. Just because you got the deal doesn't stop it being a bad system. I'm sorry to those who missed out.
On an amusing note, in my haste to fill the forms in I have managed to register my address as being in Afganistan rather than UK! The hotel tells me it won't be an issue when checking in ;-)
BTW, does anyone know - it says on confirmation email that they can refuse entry if the people checking in aren't accompanied by the person whose name is on the reservation - I want to give the room to my parents as I say, and I did include that and their names in the "other info" box - do you think that will be OK?
