I noticed this earlier.....looking to get a couple of nights in March next year.

You can only book one room per person as they sent out an email saying they will cancel any bookings if you book more than one and so then it's fair for others to get a chance to book..I think you have to go through the link via their email too...

rubbish! I am at work.

I need a room for dissertation research at the british library and wellcome library.. so am quite annoyed I'll be at work and not allowed to use the internet - so unable to book. A £1 room will make a second visit more affordable meaning I won't have to rush quite so much to read everything with my first visit. (I'm going late December for 2 days with £15 travelodge rooms)

• The rooms are available to book online at https://www.hoxtonhotels.com from 12.30pm (GMT) on Friday 17th November 2006.

• 500 rooms at only £1 will be available between January 2nd and April 9th 2007. That is 5 rooms each night and once these are sold, there will be hundreds more rooms available at £29, £59 and £79. Once all the rooms made available at £29 have been sold, the rate will then increase to £59 and then to £79 and so on.

• You can only book a maximum of 1 room at a rate of £1. If you have booked more than 1 room at this rate, we reserve the right to cancel all your £1 reservations, even though you will have received your booking confirmation. Please note, it is possible to book more than 1 room – however, we will NOT honour your booking. Please give everyone a chance.

it's annoying as you cannot use UK debit cards, so I cannot do this offer! boohooo! i'm goign to ask my boyfriend if he can use his to book it. Even the £29 is a great offer! :T

I take it this isn't a child friendly offer if only 2 people can share a room and only 1 room can be booked.
