Hi everyone,
I'm just putting together my court bundle.
I'm just wondering about the 'latest schedule of charges' to include... I haven't incurred any extra charges since I originally put in my claim, so want to stay with the same amount.
I'm going to put in the original list of charges, and the original interest, which totalled £767.71. On the court claim form, their total adds on the £80 court fee. So do I include this on the total amount I am claiming in the court bundle? (So in other words, it'd be £847.71)
Hope this makes sense.... any advice would be welcome. Thanks.
In addition... This is slightly embarrassing, but I'm trying to edit page one of the Word bundle downloaded from Consumer Action Group. The index looks like it's an image? It won't let me type over it or anything... :mad:0 -

Hello all, I am panicing now. I have tried to reclaim my bank charges from Barclays. They offered me 1/2 of the total which I rejected, though I did say I would accept £500 of the £580 total. They rejected that. I started proceeding with Moneyclaim and at the last possible minute they have entered a defence. I am panicing about what will happen now. Anyone been through this?? regards. MOK0

Ive gone through the first letter to Barclays and after 2 weeks I was made a "goodwill gesture" of £1000 of the £2040 I wish to recieve. I am unhappy with this and would like some advice on which step to take next? the letter says I have 8 weeks to reply
Do I send the second letter? and how do I go about claiming the full £2040?0 -
Send the second letter and tell them you won't accept their offer and you now give them 7 days to reply before taking the matter to court.0

The court will send you forms to fill in and you'll find the guide to this here...

Has anyone had to go through court process or do banks normally try to settle?0

This is my firsttime posting on here and need a little help please.
Basically I have sent off my request for money and my 14 days are up tomorrow.
I am claiming back my charges on my 2 barclays accounts.
On moneyclaim can I put both accounts through as one claim or do I have to do them seperately??
Thank you,
Natalie0 -
You need to send out the letter before action giving the bank another 7 days from receipt of your letter. Once you get to the MoneyClaim stage put the claims through separately.0
