Hi all,

2 things ...

1) I am having trouble with Barclays Bank sending me 6 years worth of bank statements, this is having cashed my £10 chq 4 months ago!

2) Can I double check the CORRECT DSAR ADDRESS for Barclays please?

Hi everyone,

Hopeing you can offer some advice!

I send off my letter to barclays claiming £300 back and have just had their response.

They say they have 'registered and stored your complaint regarding bank charges - once the legal proceedings between OFT and the bank finish, we will resolve your complaint as soon as possible"

Bla Bla Bla....

What do I do now? Do I send off the 2nd template letter asking that they reconsider as I am in financial hardhsip?

Does anyone have the address for Barclaycard Credit Cards - i am sending my first letter today and need the right address - i've found about 8 on here and am unsure which one will get the letter to where it needs to go??! many thanks in advance x

Hi, have daughters and friends claims on hold ,helping another friend to reclaim from barclays, asked for list of charges and £10 cheque cashed 24th april, still no info ,can anyone supply me with correct number to ring ,to politely ask for this list, or could we go through the local branch,.... been 2 years since put all the paperwork away, looking forward to getting stuck into it again

Hi everyone,
I was hoping I could have some advice. I got refunded half of the money I have been claiming for for Barclays on Friday. I am happy with this as I was not really expecting anything (even though in hardship). Has this happened to anyone else and if so have you tried to claim the rest of the money (i.e. the other half?).

The payout is not a full and final settlement of your claim so keep the details since the rest of the charges will be repaid on the conclusion of the OFT test case issues.
