    Read Martin's article.
Hamsters have no tact and diplomacy, nor do they want any.

Either accept or file a court claim for the whole amount.

When I send the letter do I need to send copy of statements too to back it up or will the letter be ok on its own?

    Anyone?

This is the first letter I will be sending as per the template on the main page to reclaim charges. Just want to make sure its in the right way.

Do a list/spreadsheet of all your charges with date, description, amount and the interest if you are claiming it and send a copy of that with the letter.

This list will form part of your defence should you end up taking the bank to court. Use the Interest Calculator in Martin's article and then print out the result, several times!

Come on guys I know some of you have a court date (see above)...

I guess not  Oh well looks as though I just gotta sit and wait even longer. This certainly is a long process, starting to wish I took their offer now and I'm at rock bottom at the mo.

    Will this never end :(
  • Hi I think I have done a silly thing, I have just calculated 8% interest on the whole lot of charges, and not yearly. Is this ok, or will the court tell me to get lost ?
