Wow, great idea, except for the fact that it is widely regarded as crap.
If you think the Prius is unlikely to reach the manufacturer claimed MPG then you are guaranteed that you won't reach them with the Insight, just as flawed as the Civic IMA.

It really does help that you quote in context.
However, if you like, I can show you reviews that gave some favourable criticique and then you can show me some "evidence" of the poor environmental impact of hybrids, then I can show you some that gives an opposite opinion and then you can show me.......................The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0
