I always wear a seat belt to drive on the road.

I often put it on if I'm just manoeuvering cars on my drive.:o:D

    :)

My current car (which I bought off a lovely old couple) came with a giant safety pin half way up the belt which kind of holds the metal clip in a handy position for when you reach for it. Maybe they did it cos' one of them had a bad back or something. Great idea though.

    Crafty lot those pensioners! ;)

Yes I do - I'm not a driver but if I am in a car with someone I always make sure I wear it. Friend of mine gave me a lift home once and I couldn't put the seatbelt on becuase her child seat was in the way, and I couldn't relax all the way home. I had visions of her doing an emergency stop and me being propelled over the front headrests and killing her, like in the adverts.

Ha! I do the same, its such a habit and I always put my seatbelt on as soon as I get in the car. I was at Mcdonalds drive thru the other day and even wore it sat in the car park with my engine turned off drinking my latte! :D

I dont wear my seatbelt at all.

I am speaking to you from beyond the grave.

I think your either bored or have a death wish. Only time when seatbelt is off is possibly when reversing into a tight spot.
I all have learnt is from others on many sites.

My car beeps at me if I don't wear my seatbelt!!!!!!!!!! :(

But I figured out that continuously holding the release button down with my left hand stops the beeping, so I've learnt to change gears with my right hand whilst steering with my knee's, just put the car into cruise control and away you go! SIMPLE!
It does gets a bit tricky when im on the phone and trying to drink my morning coffee though, so I make sure my coffee is finished before driving past any schools...... Wouldn't want to spill my coffee now would I?

WEAR YOUR GOD DAMN SEAT BELT!!!!!

    k thx :)

No your bored for asking such a stupid question or you want to end up dead or paralised from a crash because you forget to wear your seatbelt.

If you are going to be involved in an accident, chances are it will happen close to your home. Progressive Insurance polled 11,000 of its policyholders who experienced accidents in 2001. They found that 52% were involved in accidents within five miles from there home and 69% were involved in accidents within ten miles from their home. Only 17% of those polled experienced accidents beyond twenty miles from his or her home . Your better off waring your seatbelt when you are going around town.
