I guess old timers who were driving before the seat belt law came in will find it the most difficult.

The law came active in nineteen eighty-three, thirty or so years is plenty of time to get use to a change.
The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark

How unusual to see 1983 written as nineteen eighty-three. Never seen anyone do that before.

Why would anyone bother writing two thousand and eleven rather than just typing 2011? :)

Each to their own, I wont slate you for not wearing a seatbelt, its your own choice, you are an adult and a responsible for your own safety.

    HOWEVER

As a passenger who was crushed by another passenger not wearing his seatbelt, I think its a bit selfish when others are injured due to you not wanting to wear a seatbelt.

But hey if your the only one in the car do as you wish.
