You really are a knob aren't you, a stationary object is a stationary object.
My argument hasn't changed, and you are still an idiot.
I get it, you are a johnny or red cross aren't you.
Now run along back to your nice book, the adults are having a conversation here.:rotfl:
While you are rude and extremely boring, I bet the missus loves it when your on nights and Dave cums round.0 -

You have to love days off, don't you, I have the time, but wouldn't waste any checking back at my previous post.0 -

MMmm, says the pillock that started to try and bring in physics equations, then actually got his equation wrong, oops. As pointed out by another poster.
Ah, the missus jokes, really mature, didn't realise you where a Brickhead (Fireman), thought you where a johnny, doesn't matter they both have the same amount of intelligence.
(At least I have a missus!!!!!!!)
You keep reading those books, but try and understand them before getting an opinion on what you have read.0 -

I always wear a seat belt to drive on the road.
I often put it on if I'm just manoeuvering cars on my drive.:o:D
Me too.
Many years ago I was driving a heavy, diesel estate car. Drove the car home the night before and everything was fine. I had parked the car facing into the driveway.
In the morning I reversed the car round to face out again to drive off. As I reversed the servo came unattached from the brakes and despite me jumping up and down on the brake pedal the car only stopped after reversing over a rockery and hitting the wall of the house. I managed to take all out the lights on both sides and the bumper and dent all of the boot (and this was going slow in reverse). Luckily I was wearing my seatbelt otherwise I would have head butted the dashboard.0 -
No I believe it was the Police though I accept it was years ago. RTA could provide an implied defence in a court case. However, the Road Traffic Act doesn't recognise RTC. Apparently there's a move in favour of RTI.

.
Yep, that's were I came in, don't know the politics behind it but you seem to here it more and more;)I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -
Not only is it the law to wear the seatbelt (if fitted) but I have been in a vehicle that has been in a collision which didn't have seatbelts fitted at all.
If the vehicle has them, I'll use them. The most you can complain about them is that sometimes they chaff a little around the chin, but you can get around that.
Why don't you fit a large spike in the middle of the steering wheel as well? Not wearing a seatbelt is akin to that surely

My seatbelt goes nowhere near my chin... certainly not close enough to chafe.0

I guess old timers who were driving before the seat belt law came in will find it the most difficult.'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0
