Hi,
I have had no initial response from my first letter to natwest and it has been 14 days. I am about to send the second letter asking them to respond within 7 days.
Since my first letter however I had received further changes, can a revise the list of charges or do I need to keep the charges the same as what I was claiming for in my first letter?
Your help is appreciated.

Hi,
The bank only has a maximum 40 days to respond. If you don’t get a reply within that time try phoning them to chase it up.
If you still don't get anywhere you can then report them to the Information Commissioner http://www.ico.gov.uk/0 -

Send an updated list of charges including any charges that have been added since your first letter. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
