My branch have sent my letter to wimbledon and they have forwarded it to the customer relations unit.
I have just phoned them and they advised it should be dealt with by my branch.

Just not sure what to do now?? Has anyone got a number for borehamwood so i can call them?
Really want to get this resolved now and not sure if calling my branch will do anything as the letters have been forwarded from there now?

I think you'll probably find Stuart Higley doesn't actually exist. All banks seem to have their aliases who sign the letters and then mysteriously disappear into the ether when anyone tries to contact them.0 -

I know that NW like to keep you on your toes until the very last minute ( .. filing their Defence, being one prime example), but .. they're going close to the bone with my case.
Basically, no cheque from them yet .. so they've theoretically got 5 working days before I see them in Court next Thursday afternoon at 3:00pm.Nat West = CONQUERED: 10/02/07 .. PAID UP IN FULL .. OVER £2800!! :j0 -

I've read somewhere else on this forum that no, they cannot demand this nor ask you to repay your loan back immediately if you claim from them on your current account.
They have entirely separate agreements so cannot be connected0 -
Hi, Rex.
I need your expert advice, Sir.
I've got it on good authority from a fellow poster that 2 Judges have ruled against the NW in 2 seperate cases for 'Abuse Of Process'.
Would it be beneficial for me now ( .. as I only have 7 days to go before I appear in Court) to write to the Judge presiding over my case ( .. and counter-copy to Cobbetts) the 2 cases in question in order that he might consider doing same?
I have Claiment/Defendent plus location of Courts and Trial #'s' for these 2 cases where the NW has been struck out due to 'Abuse Of Process'.
.. would doing the above predjudice my case in any way? .. do you think the Judge would think I'm a "smart-!!!!" and err to the NW??
Finally, with only 5 working days to go .. in your considered opinion .. is it far too late in the game for the NW to cave in and send a cheque???
Thanks for any advice you can give me, Rex.
