Newbie on the block!
Just sent off the 1st request for repayment letter on behalf of a friend claiming just over £2700! Fingers crossed I catch Nat West on a good day as reading through all these posts it is pot luck whether they pay up at the first ask.
Oh well fingers crossed - ready for a fight anyway!

Hi, Time up for Natwest yesterday. Have completed claim form on line with MCOL. However, before i send it, does anyone have any suggestions etc on how to word the particulars of claim. Help would be much appreciated.

Can you also tell me, do i put the claim in for just the charges or do i add the interest on as well. Or do the courts calculate the interest up to the court date. Does that make sense. Do i also claim for the court costs or again will this be determined at court stage.
