pigginsexy wrote:Hi, I want to prepare my claim ready for next week. I know i am getting ahead of myself, but i have to do it when i get time (having two small kids about)....
Can someone tell me. On the Defendants page it asks for the address for the company that i am claiming against. This is obviously Natwest. My question is that i have several, i have two branch addresses, i now have the Bishopsgate address and also the Birmingham Collections Department.
Any ideas as to what address i should put in.
Sorry if this question has already been asked.
thanks

I have sent Two letters to natwest each claiming my charges back .The first letter i got back said they are not going to give me anything back.At the begginning of Jan i got charged again and resent the claim letter, i got a letter back this morning saying due to the nature of the issue they have passed it on to customer realations unit and someone will be in contact with me in due course, and that Natwest have been unable to resolve the matter.
Has anyone else had trouble with Natwest?0 -
Move onto the next stage once your own time limit is up. Lots of people have been successful against Natwest. They seem to get to the court stage quite often before settling in full. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

I would appreciate this address as well - my credit card account was closed 18 months ago and I have no record of the card number (stupid me) so not sure how I'm going to claim the charges back.
Thanks in advance0 -
Hi I got a letter last week from Nat West saying bear with us. I think I am right to send the second letter tomorow as the 14 days are up.
Can any one tell me if this is right, also do I send it to my branch again or the customer services address on the letter that says they are dealing with it.
One last point I think I may have made a mistake as I used the 1st letter which allows for interest to be added and asked that the full ammount plus interest be returned. Is thins wrong, will it have an impact on how this thing progresses?
I would be grateful for any help.0 -

Keep to your own timescale, not theirs. You might as well keep the interest added now. You are only entitled to this if you get to court, so if the bank offers you the amount of your charges without interest before you get to court. You must accept their offer. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
