I just got a '6-7 weeks' letter the day after I sent the second letter, not sure if I should sit tight for 6-7 weeks or do something to kick them into action. only £190 owed but it's my £190 dammit!0

Hi. I'm in the latter stages of the claim and don't really want to mess up now. I've received a letter from the solicitors requesting more information etc. I take this as being a standard reply? I received it middle of last week and don't know how long i have to do what i need to do.
Any advice?0 -
I sent my SAR request 17th April. As their 40 days are up - should I report them to the IC? Do I have to inform Natwest that I am doing this? Thanks.0

I've decided to not to wait the 6-7 weeks as in their letter so I'm going to send the second letter (again).
do I send it to my branch? or to the address on their letter (customer relations, Borehamwood)?
I also have a name now, someone in customer relations, should letters be addressed to him?0 -
....what address does the second letter go to?
Local branch, head office or the same as the first one?
Cheers0 -

I think all the letters will end up at Customer Relations ,Borehamwood I sent all mine via my local branch (All were ignered until court and final offer came through) A Nat west stafff member on this site suggests that even via your branch does not delay and all are posted on .
The previous post asks /queries about further letters adressed tothe 'name ' I would out of correctness do this, although again I dont think it makes much difference I had an offer from Stuart Higley but when I rang to speakto him then I just got the one in the queue and toldit wa irrelevan t -the name on the letter.0 -
Well, after trawling through all my statements, it turns out that in 6 years, I have only been charged 5 times and one of those was refunded. I guess there is no point in me claiming because it will only be about £100 and I will have to pay court fees??0

Hello all :j
I have visited this site many time but this is my first post
Updated of my claim so far:
I have bank statements from NatWest
I sent the first letter - No reply!
I sent the second letter - No reply!
I sent email to email address I go from a thread on this site - Got a reply!!!
The email said that the department that deal with this had received my letters and they had sent out a reply on 29th May 2007. Funny how I only got a reply after I emailed! Anyway the letter say:
Thank you for your recent letter regarding the fees applied to your account.
We are currently considering your claim. Given the work involved in assessing your claim we anticipate that we will be in a position to respond within 6-7 weeks, but will endearvour to do so sooner if we are able to.
Hass anyone else had this letter if so what has happend after this letter??
Thank you
