also jonun, whilst i am in the moanong mood, how is it some people are being told what offer they have over the phone, and i got told from snotty women that they can't tell us anything over the phone. it must be a case of who you catch on a good day.
sorry thats me finished and feeling better now, my letter had better be here when i get back from my hols .......aaahhhhh thats better.

I cant believe people are being told by natwest not to keep calling well i must be next on the list as i have phoned then at least once a day this week and i phoned them 4 times last week just so they know im not just going to sit and wait for them im going to hound them like they did to me when i owed them money and see how they like it, anyway if they sorted my claim out i wouldnt be on the phone so my advise would be to them refund me they amount i have asked and i willl stop calling, the bloody cheek of them

i know its disgusting isnt it??
i told them im gonna keep ringing them, infact ive rang every number i have for them everyday and emailed.
i said i wont stop ringing until i am paid.
im gonna be a nuisance ..haaha till they are sick to death of me and pay me.

im gonna keep ringing them everyday, sometimes twice a day until i get paid!!
i wonder if we hear from them on the same day seeing as our dates are the same?
i couldnt believe it when i actually got a call of them telling me to stop ringing!!

C an i be nosey and ask when natwest recieved your letters as my 56days endson the 5th june, also if i havent recieved a letter by that date is that when i can complain to the FO, AS NATWEST are saying that the 56 days are up on the 7th even though they logged my letter on the 10th april which makes 58days, then today they said i should hearsometing thew week begining the 4th june but i will have to give them aniother 7 days to recieve the letter even though i they havent decided what to offer me yet if anything.

your dates are very similar to mine , they received my 1st letter 12th april, 2nd letter 26th april. they have said id have an offer by the 1st week in June..
i was sick of their lies and stalling tactics all the time so on the 10th may i reported them to FO, received complaint pack next day, sent it straight back..few days later received letter from FO telling me they will look into my claim within 14 days..anyway on Monday 21st may received a letter from FO telling me that they have wrote to natwest on my behalf and if i am still not satisfied after their 56 days to contact them again..i dont know what FO wrote in the letter to natwest.
look out for timewilltell's posts too as her dates are the same as ours also/

Thanks for that, i might get a complaint pack for the FO and then i can get it all ready for if they dont reply in the 56 days, that way on the 56th day if i dont have anything in writing it will be posted to them, the people i have spoken to do seem to be ok on the phone but at the end of the day they can tell me all they want to stop calling but i wont til i have my money safely in my account, anyway i have always been polite friendly and nice on the phone so if they do tell me to stop calling i'll tell them exactly how i could of behaved. Lol rant over

hi jonun,
i am hols next tuesday for 2 weeks, 1st holiday in 15yrs. told my son to look out for the letter and to text me as soon as it arrives (if it ever does) if i have not got one on my return, then god help them as i have also been patient and polite. and i can only do that with them for so long.

I`m getting the runaround from Nat West , when I file for court action ,who or what address do I put for Nat West .....my local branch or as nat west say "all correspondance has to go to " Nat West Customer Relations Unit

This is definitely the right address. I received my daughter's offer last week (Cheque came this week) from the same address. The Borehamwood office is a special unit set up to handle the reclaimed charges. I was happy with the offer (they paid exactly what I requested which included 4 years interest) but was surprised to see that the cheque number was just 0001649, which means that they haven't paid very many people!!
