Well yesterday after reporting from a phone call that my offer had been validated on the 14th of May I received the offer letter today! Orginally claimed £2712 and they made an offer for £2600. :D Will let you know how long it takes to be put into my account. I love this site! :D

Result. I have received a letter from NatWest indicating that "as an act of good will", they will refund my charges. However, I have already filed the claim with MoneyClaim. If I cancel the claim, will I receive my £30 fee back? What do I do?

phone boreham wood and ask for the head office number and make a complaint there i had recieved a letter from stuart higley asking for 21 days to investigate my claim

when the 21 days were up and i had recieved no reply i contacted head office to complain that i had not even recieved a reply to their time scale and at least should have recieved a "we are still investigating blah blah blah

hea office said they would take it up with borehamwood and someone would call me on monday ( icalled on a friday at500pm)

on monday i recieved a call from stuart higley himself apolgising for the treatment and within two weeks i recieved a offer which i accepted and fund were in my account a week later

just thought i would post this for all you people stuck in the middle of a claim and doubting if you will ever get your money back just keep the faith

and remember "dont let the b*stards grind you down "

Hi, I recieved my letter of offer yesterday in which i have accepted and sent off in the post immediately.

I worked out they owed me £1900 and they offered £1865 so i am very happy with that :j Quite shocked as it did only take 1 letter (and copied highlighted statements) and 1 follow up phone call.

In the letter it stated the refund would go directly into my account, anyone know how long this takes?they should recieve signed acceptance tomorrow.

    Thankyou
