Thanks thats great, it seems natwest are doing things in clumps...then nothing...then clumps ect

Hubby said I'm not as excited as he thought I'd be, I'm not to be honest, I'm still sceptical about them crediting it to my account

Hi everyone, have been updating myself on how everyone is getting on and its great that people are getting money, hooray!
An update on me, I am sending 2nd letter today as no response, i have been on the phone today to see if anything has happened as they still seem to be taking charges out of my account quick enough, bless them. Was told to ring them back in 2 weeks, which will be nearly 56 days i think? Was told they had new systems put in place today and they still had a backlog. The lady was very friendly and chatting about her grandchildren but i want my money! She said as soon as i am offered my money (does this mean i will be offered then?!!) it will be credited in 10 days, they seem to be putting all new time scales on things, i say stick with it, she also said i would not get my interest back....
Keep posting the success stories as it gives me hope i just think i am going to be one of them that has to go through all the rubbish to get there, am a little tired.....

I received my offer from NatWest this morning.
First letter sent on 10th April requesting £1455.17 plus interest.

Received letter from NatWest saying the usual (they were looking into it and would reply within 56 days).

Sent letter on 21st April saying not satisfied with response and would take to court if no reply within 14 days.

It worked, received letter today (dated 26th April), which I am accepting, offering £1455.17 which is the amount less interest.

All my letters were sent via the customer relations email address on an earlier post.

All I can advise is stick to your guns and those deadlines, don't wait the 56 days. It worked for me, easiest money I've ever made :j and the whole process didn't even take a month.

Yes still claim, I have a loan and a credit card and as you will see by my post above they are still paying out, they said they will pay the money direct into my current account.
