Received a cheque for my full charges plus interest and court fees
Oddly the cheque was dated almost a month before the letter...
Congratulations !! And congrats also to texaspete777
I'm hoping Natwest don't get around to acknowledging or defending my claim, then I can apply for a judgement by default - 5 working days to go!

Hiya buddy!
2 weeks to get the offer letter sounds pretty good. Are you going to see if it arrives or start your MCOL claim? If they'd said 2 weeks to me, I might have been tempted to hang on a bit longer, but I was told 'up to 56 days'. Anyway, hope it does arrive to save you the faff and expense of going through the Court.
Keep me posted! And I'll keep my fingers crossed for you

I sent my first letter on about 3/3/07 giving 14 days, got no response, and sent my second (slightly more militant) letter on around the 22/3/07, again giving 14 days. Didn't hear anything up until today, when I was on step 6 of 8 on the MoneyClaim website, and just about to part with £120 of my wages for court fees, when my girlfriend called me to say a letter had arrived offering the full amount! Over £2000.00! All that remains is for me to send the acceptance slip back, and hopefully receive my money in the not too distant future(without any stalling)!
All the fighters keep on fighting! Good luck!

I requested statements in Feb and 1st letter went at end of March. I have sent several letters all with no response Have now filed 2O April with MCOL There defense is due 9th May. Still no response . I wasn't expecting much but telephoned the Customer relations number anyway today Option 2 Very pleasant response - went through all the numbers game and security before " How can I help?" Info about my claim. " Oh you want Customer Relations I dont know how you got me?"
I rang you on Customer Relations Number"

I'd have gone through MCOL already if it wasn't for a lot of personal things I've got going on at the moment, I have time now & again but not to sit & concentrate on it, I'd like to get it 110% correct, I don't mind the faff & expense as I could claim over £800 interest which could pay more debts off for me, but, if I get a written offer before I can do something about it then so be it. I'll definitely keep you updated, I pop on here every now & again, even if it is when I've got the baby on my knee messing up the screen via my keyboard :rotfl:
Good luck to you too, fingers crossed they don't defendif we get our money maybe we can treat ourselves & meet up for a "ladies who lunch" day  <<<< more like coffee than a drink

Hello please can you tell me if any of you included the gold advantage charge in with your claim, as some of my month charges has not been itemised and include that fee but as that fee changes each year i do not know how to work out what is the gold monthly charge to the overdraft charge.
thanks0 -
