    Hi

Please forgive me, I am new around here....

I used the template letter including interest. Is it just that you perhaps shouldn't push for the interest in the first instance?
I would be happy for them to come back with an offer without the interest. Actually, I would be happy for them to send me the offer letter at all at the moment!!

I was told earlier in the week that there would be one and my second letter is due to be sent out today but I am a little concerned about all the posts referring to NatWest not paying out if court action is in the pipeline...I don't know whether to just wait and see what the offer is first?

Claim against Natwest= £644.00 (without interest with interest £795.00)
Paid up £644.00 (not going for interest)
I cannot believe how easy it was! Got to step 3 asked for money back including interest recieved a nice reply saying that there charges are fair and transparent etc. but as a gesture of good will theyill pay £644.00 in full into our bank account! Accepted and should get money this week. Want to say a massive thank you thanks to this board. :j It has took less than 3 weeks to complete! We decided not to press for the interest as it was overdraft money we were going over anyway plus it wasnt money that was ours sort of speak and not ours to make interest off. We were happy to accept what they had taken of us. Anyone thinking of doing it JUST DO IT IT IS SIMPLE! HONEST! All it took was over a quid 2 envelopes a little bit time at the pc and thats it!! SIMPLE! CHEERS ALL XXXX
    Hi,

Reading your post was soooo uplifting. I calculated all the unlawful charges 0ver £2300 , the only thing left to do is to send letter to the Nat west asking for my money. Could you please let me know the address whare i should send it. I cannot find it anywhere....
    Thank you

    Part of the Furniture
Natwest's solicitors have fully defended my Money Claim Online claim today. It's not even about the money now (£155), this is turning into a fun hobby. Makes them look soooooo stupid, Only £30 and i'm having great fun.... Haha :) I love this site so much i've got a link from my own web site now. I'll continue to spread the word.
  • Hi there, its my first time here, I wonder if someone can tell me how long should it take for the bank to respond? I sent a letter to NatWest around the 15th of Feb asking for my statements, got a letter back some two weeks later asking for the £5 fee which I sent straight away, and now nearly 5 weeks later nothing, I have written again to the address on the link for the data team, that was sent on thu last week but still nothing, are they just stalling in wait for the OFT ruling in April? Surely its not fair Im desperate to claim!!

    Total DEBT today £24,372!!
