Yes, for requesting your statements use the Edinburgh address that is in the Help thread, post 1:

I was wondering what natwest was like at paying up, I've just sent my 1st letter claiming my charges, before the whistleblower programme last night I thought I had no chance but now I'm more confident. I'm even tempted to go for the interest too, seeing as it only costs 9p to bounce a cheque!

The NatWest success rate is very good, have a look through the success thread which is full of NatWest and RBS (same group) posts.

I got my claim settled with one letter.

Remember you can't claim interest until you reach court. Any interest awarded is done so by the court.

My letter stated the amount of interest the court would award but I merely claimed for the charges at this stage and asked to be paid via a cheque. How did you get paid? Hope you don't mind me asking

Don't mind at all!! I got paid directly into my account. They will be reluctant to issue you a cheque if you have an active account with them.
