    I Rang Natwest Before I Rang 0845 600 2803

Just Say Your Ringing To Follow Up A Complaint You Sent In Recently, They will Transfer You To The Brighton Office And Just Give Them Your Acc No. Etc And Say You Wanted To Check They Had Received The Complaint & Wanted To Know If There Was Any Progress..

Then They Should Tell You If They Are Dealing With It Etc,

In My Case They Had Sent A Letter Which I Hadnt Received Offering Me My Charge Back :D

You Wont Mess It Up Hun Dont Worry x

    sorry i got so many q's ?
  • I've just phoned the freephone number 0800 015 4212 (option 1) and spoke to someone, basically said did they want to offer me my money back rather than waiting any longer..he asked how much I was claiming and then came back and said that an offer letter was in the post.

It's all very odd...when I asked when the letter was sent out he said 29th January but it's taking 3/4 weeks to get them sent out? He could not even tell me how much the offer was for??

anyone else had this? I will await my letter of offer...:T
  • Hey All,

I opened a NatWest account a few months back, which was just for DD's so I know where I am each month.

However, they added a charge of £6-odd to my account one month, so I called them and they said to go into Branch. After three visits - each time they said they would get back to me and didn't - I've now amassed a few more charges. I guess this is a charge for the overlimit, another charge for the timescale etc.

Basically all I've ever done with this account is paid £40 in to cover my phone bill, and had £38 come out. Simple huh? However I've now got around £100 in charges for something that no one's got back to me about!!!

Argh, try to sort your finances out and this happens! Anyway, as I've really had enough of this, do I go in there tomorrow first thing, demanding to see someone, or should I just do the whole letter routine??

    TVM
    £2 Coin Savings = £0.23:confused:

That is a packaged account charge, what is the title of your account, should say at the top of your statement ?

    Hiya

Im Assuming All Complaints Would Be Dealt With From That Office Yes BUT If You Ring That Number They Ask For Your Account Number And Then Put You Through To Where You Need To Be Anyway So You Will End Up @ The Right Place x
