:money: Any Moderator......
I have had a complete cave in from Nat West and received £4532 in returned charges. I would like to make a donation to the running of this site, without it the job would have been 10 times harder. How can I do that?
Also I would like to post my sucess story, as I have seen others advised to do. Also, how do I do that?
Many thanks,
Nick.Whoever said "it's only money" had too much of it!;)
Nat West under my belt £4532, LTSB, £7300, Barclays, £2300, First Bank of America, £3200. Rates overcharge £1700. Just working on Egg0 -
Success Stories is here, just hit reply on that thread. (and if you can spend a few minutes counting up since the last rolling total I'd be grateful)
As regards donating to the site, Martin is hoping to set up something soon so users can donate to his charity fund, read about it here. (well I'll put the link in when I find it)
And well done :T0 -
I've had no end of hassle with Natwest over the last few yrs, when I hit hard times, slapping on all sorts of horrendous charges for going overdrawn etc. I've had to endure snotty advisers at their Lending Centre, telling me off and being patronising, and making me feel I'm a total failure. I accept I should have paid closer attention to my financial affairs (which I now do), but didn't deserve the treatment I got.
I'm looking at my current overdraft (I'm careful never to go over it, these days)
and realise - like many others, I'd guess) that the sum of my overdraft = the sum of all the illegal charges slapped on me. I am sooooooo ready to get my money back off them - wish me luck!
Thanks for listening - I just needed to vent....

How long do I have to wait before sending another letter, I've sent it off two weeks ago requesting my charges but not heard anything since.
When should you think i sent another one.0 -

YOU SEND YOUR LETTER REQUESTING YOUR CHARGES THEN WAIT 14 DAYS, IF NO REPLY SEND THE NEXT LETTER (LBA) MENTIONING COURT ACTION, THEN WAIT 7 DAYS, THEN IF YOU HAVNT HEARD OR GOT AN UNSATISFACTORY OFFER YOU FILE A CLAIMX

which one is the LBA letter?0 -
Hi,
I decided after reading a few threads to ciontact Borehamwood to see if they had actually received my claim, however Recorded Delivery said it had delivered anyway.
Got through to Josh in customer relations who couldn't lie or fobb off anyone if he tried to. First said yes they had my claim on file, then told me they hadn't received it, then said they had written to me but couldn't tell me what the letter said, finally gave up by telling me someone would call me by 1pm Monday.
Roll on 1.01pm tomorrow.....!!
I guess they are swamped with claims and are stumbling for time.....not with me they won't!Claiming the following:
