  • I wrote to the HSBC on February 5th, claiming £2,206.11. I received a response from them on 13 Feb, like Wood1e's response, saying they were looking into the matter. If I do not receive anything by 19 Feb (when the initial two week response time in my letter is up), I imagine I progress to the LBA ?
  • Yes.............
  • Thanks Rex Mundi, I will have to put a letter together refusing their offer but saying that i am willing to negotiate to reacha sensible agreement.

    Thanks again

  • I sent my last letter to HSBC last week giving them 7 days to pay up. The 7 days will be up on tuesday!

If I dont hear anything by them do I start MCO? How much does this cost??

If you have read my previous threads then you will notice that I have been charged almost daily so I have literally NO money to start a claim with (or even get to work and back) what do I do???

I am keen to get this sorted so I can stop worrying and starting sleeping at night, but with no money how do I take this further???

    Any help is appriciated!

Did you start the court proceedings or did you wait for them to make you an offer?

    Hiya Jem

If Your Not Sure You Can Afford To Go To Court At The Moment Why Dont You Give Them A Quick Call To See How Far Along With Your Claim They Are?

From Reading The Boards Ive Seen Plenty Of People Have Filed A Claim & A Few Days Later Received An Acceptable Offer..

If You Still Havnt Got An Offer In Say A Week Or HSBC Try And Fob You Off Over The Phone You Should Definatley File A Claim, Just Try & Borrow The Cash Short Term Of A Friend Or Something!

Hope It Goes Well :p x

Im Still Waiting For A Reply To My 1st Letter And Ive Added In The £10 They Owe Me Seeing As They Were RUDE And Unhelpful On The Phone (No Change There Then) x
