  • Hi Jem170884, hop you get to read this, i spoke to the bank on friday and u can get them reverted back to a personal loan (ie less interest etc) but you have to wait for your internal score to rise. they have internal behaviour scores for each customers on how your acct works etc. Ie for overdrafts etc etc your score has to be over 40. Mine is currently at 33, was 31 two wks ago!) so she tried to push it thru but wasnt offering the balance i needed show she will dairy a call for me in two months time to try again. obviously i want get off this asap

  • i am led to believe this department has been tasked with sorting out all claim related issues. you may be on hold for five to ten minutes but hold on and you will get through to the a UK call centre.

  • Having written to the bank and received all my bank statements (along with my original £10 I sent), I'm now at the stage of totalling up all charges on my account. However I'm a little confused as to whether I should just be asking for 'charges' made and the 'interest' charged. This month I have written on my statement:

    notified fees/charges to 09jan2007 = £150
    interest to 09jan2007 = £12.83

Can I ask to claim back both of these?
  • Good morning

I'm in the process of trying to get charges back from HSBC.

They defended my claim and I've returned the allocation questionnaire to the court. The deadline for the return was 31 Jan and I sent it back well before then.

I'm a bit concerned because I've heard nothing, from either the court or HSBC. Am I right to be concerned or does it normally take so long?

    Thanks,

    Clare

Fill in the forms now. If you phone them it will give them the chance to delay it even more.
