    Hi Gang

Still no sign of my money either, does the 14 days count weekends or is it 14 days until they pay it into our accounts hope they dont mean 14 working days excluding weekends? Fingers crossed will get mine by end of this week.

    Hi Amelia

I don't think they include weekends. They received Joncow's acceptance on wed 3rd and he has been told that he will have his money this wed at the latest. They received mine fri 6th so I should have mine by this friday (fingers crossed). When did they receive your signed acceptance?

    Hi Sam and joncow

    You had yours yet

    lou x

Nope, not yet. Looks like its going to be Wednesday then. Bah, how frustrating. I wonder why some people were getting it earlier?

Amelia, its 14 days in total not 14 working. I sent mine back back Wed 3rd and they loaded it onto the system that Thurs. Was told I would have by this Wed at the latest. They are going to make me wait that long too aren't they!!

hi my only advice would be that you might get a reply from them saying that you haven;t replied to their letter and have 7 days to reply or "the matter is closed"-this is a PLOY-no letter has been sent-just reply very quickly and have the letter resent. I had to call their advisory centre-another PLOY here-they will keep you on hold for about 25 minutes-DONT HANG UP! They will answer eventually. Good luck!

I followed all the advice on this Forum, using Martins templates. I had the Without Predjudice letter dated 8th June 2007 offering a full refund of charges £1438.65. This amount was paid into my bank account on 21 June 2007. A brilliant result!! :j

    Persevere everyone and be patient!
