If you go into your local branch they should be able to give you that information, or just ring tele banking. My credit card account was closed in 2005 and I can no longer see any details on internet banking, but when I spoke to someone on the phone at tele banking and enquired about statements for my credit card account, they just sent them straight out

    Good luck

    Hi All,
i'm a bit worried, the bank put in a deffence at the MCOL stage and it was reffered to my local court, Scaborough, i called the court and asked them what happens now and they said there was a 3-4 week backlog and the judge would set a date.

Well the reason i am worried is there was no allocation letter and on the letter from them it has crossed through in black pen
[STRIKE]and not the the allocation questionnaire should be returned to the scaborough county court[/STRIKE]

i'll ring them again to make sure i shouldn't have this form, has anyone else not had it and know why?

Thanks again, don't know what i would do without this site!

It is quite common for the Allocation Questionnaire to be dispensed with as the courts know what happens with these claims.

  • Am claiming just shy of £2000 in bank charges, interest and MCOL fee from HSBC. Last day of the 28 days they put in defence for the full amount on the 21 May but I have not heard anything from the court yet, does anyone know how long it takes to hear from the court?

Am beginning to regret after the Lloyds win, not taking their offer of £1200, am worried that I will end up with nothing!

Does anyone have some hints or tips on what I should prepare for court, and what the options are if I lose...has anyone else lost at court? Should I contact HSBC and try and go for an offer or should I just hold out?

    Paniced of Ross on Wye!

  • Hi there

Have had no copy of their defence yet, should I be able to see it on MCOL?
